    Rotari Rose Brut

Welcome back to Wine On Wednesday.  Apologies for the absence, but I have been drinking researching many wines to share with you and finally have a good one to report back.  With the holidays and especially, New Year’s it’s good to have a few Champagnes/sparkling wines around to celebrate.  Rotari Rose is one of these to keep on hand because it tastes phenomenal, is surprisingly affordable and looks so pretty when poured.

This wine scored a 90 from Wine Enthusiast for it’s light touches of peach, cranberry and grapefruit.  The finish tastes like warm baked bread.

Personally, I love the amount of bubbles, it’s ultra feminine pink color and smooth taste.  Sometimes a sparkling wine can be too sweet or too dry, but this one was just right.  The price is right too at $9.99 from Costco.  This is one sparkling wine that gives you a lot of bang for your buck.  Perfect for your next ladies night in, book club, or holiday brunch if you are hosting one this year.

Rating: 🍷🍷🍷out of 4 wine glasses.

    Cheers!
