This blog has sort of evolved into a wine blog with a few recipes tossed in once in a while. You will never see ads appearing on my page. I think they are tacky and make reading any recipe or article painfully slow to read. I also strongly believe in authenticity. No one ever pays me to review their wine or other products I mention here on this site.
I like to read, drink wine, cook, bake, practice yoga and, most of all, spend time with my husband, two daughters and our adorable Welsh Pembroke corgi, Bacon.
I’m Scottish so my website name refers to a tasty dish (if prepared right) that is native to Scotland. Just like haggis, life is meant to be experienced with an open mind and heart.
